Wills

You all know what a will is: a will is a document that directs to whom you wish to give your assets after your death.

But a will can be so much more. If you have children, a will can determine who would become the guardioan of your children in the event of your death. A will can control how much money your kids can get, when they will get it, and under what circumstances. It can provide for your children's education, medical needs, and other important considerations thatmay be left to chance if you don't have a correct will.

And even if the above concerns aren't exactly yours, a will can be extremely important to you. It can contain burial instructions, gifts to your favorite charity, directions on how to take care of your pets, and can contain many other provisions thatare important to you.

Plus, despite the fact that everyone has the nicest, most reasonable children, by creating a will with clear provisions, you can prevent possible infighting among your kids, other relatives, former spouses and friends. Besides, it's your last chance to boss everybody around!
