The Wills and Estate Practice of Steidl and Steinberg began as a response to the requests of clients who had been represented by Ken Steidl and Kenny Steinberg of Steidl and Steinberg. Many had not taken the time to think about what would happen to their loved ones if they didn't have a will. Others had experienced the serious illness or death of a loved one and didn't know where to turn for legal advice. Still others had a child with special needs and had no idea how to make certain their child was provided for while also protecting their other children.

Steidl and Steinberg is a law firm that has been in business for 23 years. It's primary focus has been bankruptcy law and to date have handled over 16,000 cases. With the addition of Attorney Mike Henney Steidl and Steinberg has expanded it's services to include estate planning and elder law.
